A seasoned maritime professional with over 25 years of experience, Aftab Rajguru has sailed across global waters and held senior leadership roles both at sea and ashore. A Master Mariner by qualification, he holds a Master’s degree in Ship & Shipping Management from Southampton Solent University, UK. His early career saw him commanding merchant ships and offshore vessels, gaining extensive hands-on expertise in vessel operations, offshore logistics, and maritime law. Since 2010, Aftab has been at the helm of Paradigm Group as its Director, spearheading marine asset acquisitions, offshore operations, and joint ventures. His leadership has driven the company’s expansion into marine services, chartering, and port agency sectors. Aftab is known for his strategic insight, operational excellence, and commitment to innovation in the maritime domain.
